Ever since the mount bastion deal..........its goal is the transfer of ownership from the many to the few........jog capital was the beginning then came astra and its stable of wealthy private equity dudes who all own multi million dollars resort proerty in panorama bc.........this is how the old boys club in calgary operates........then they all gather for beers and golf and laugh how they scamed all us long term investors out of all our equity.....lol

The Recourse we do have presently, is to inform this BullBoard of what the history has been...the young 'uns aren't aware and we have a duty to at least make the information available.  Would be terrific to get a tiger Corporate Law Firm to mount a Class Action Suit, but it would need to be initiated from America, where the Laws on Corprate Governance actually have teeth.

Probably the same chance as having ASTRA back away from the Deal...I'm not positive on either one. I think the Banksters are ruffling the skirts, to see that the right dress fits their Mistress!
