Im looking forward to Paul's spin during Adelaiide Capital's quarterly call.  He's going to say Surge is a screaming value play.

Sticking with my comment that the whole management team should be fired and the company should explore strategic alternatives. Best outcome is to get sold for all stock to a better operator.
