Surge Has Lost Nuttals Favor?

his twitter site puts SGY near the bottom in a low oil scenario so we need oil to hold otherwise a lot more downside coming. I thought SGY was going over $20????

Almost all his companies listed on that chart are buying back their own stock or have an NCIB in place from what I can see with the exception of SGY. Possible NCIB to be announced by Surge?
