You may have readThat   some  head honcho   is  resigning   for  "personal  reasons "  and  the guy  that  wears  the hat  all the time   to  cover  the fact that  he  is bald IMO is  coming back . It  is likely  this   person   is leaving  so  he can  sell   stock   as   if they  are no longer  with  the company   they no longer   have to  report it unless  they  own more   than 10% .  It  creates  a bad appearance  if  a  senior  officer  sells    substantial  share positions and raises  questions  about  his confidence  in the company going forward.    All    IMO.
