Don't worry about split. If u have 5K to invest, invest, buying 4 or 40 shares does not matter.

Stock splits are not as common these days. Having a super high share price like Amazon or Google seems to be a status symbol.  I'm happy to have a few $1400 shares.

mill..1.. just buy 1 share at current price and ride the price wave. Whenever a stock split (if ever) occurs you will own exactly what you are dreaming of today re: 4 shares.. get a life.
