RE:RE:RE:AccumulatingAll great comments and I share everything that has been said. It is a very well managed company and yes, they NEVER reduced or suspended their dividend. Not in the pandemic and even not in the global financial crisis (when, btw, the yield on the stock was approximatively the same as currently). They also have a significant moat. When you think about it, who could enter this business in this current environment? They have so little competition. It is a very difficult business, very specialized (LTC), labor and interest rates are a challenge, the cost of new constructions is high, etc. On the other hand, governments need them, so they have to make money and will have to adjust their rate + demographic trend is a clear tailwind.  

Ps. I also had the same reflection vs Algonquin AQN (which I unfortunately own) with similar yield. Who is the safest right now? Who would you own? SIA by a mile!
