RE:RE:lawsuitsInteresting thanks. A new judge has been assigned for the various cases agains multiple long term care companies. Interesting that the same judge has to handle all. Certification? What does that imply? Could all cases still be thrown out? I find it peculiar if handling old sick people should be able to close ones shop. Then rather operate kindergardens. For sure government will have to step in, either to protect operators, or take them over. Who will want to run this kind off liability business, if lawsuits prevail?
