Combine that with shorts covering and I agree with you $13+ should come pretty quick. Need the BOC to stop being so bipolar with their messaging and lower interest rates to help with small business and middle class Canadians. First rate cut and all Reits will run pretty hard. I'm expecting good q4 results and good/great YOY growth. I believe we were supposed to have a few facilities online by q4 if I'm not mistaken so an update on those will be welcome. This is by far my biggest holding, and I think we have a huge future here.
