Fidelity are reducing their position for whatever strategic reason. Fortunately they are also creating a nice buying opportunity for income investors.

Just got my dividend payment in my account today.  You have to love this company. End of this month is 3Q 2023 end.  I believe the fundamentls will remain strong, and whatever outside forces effect the share price, it will only be temporary. Great management here.  They know how to run a company, and ride out any storms.

Last week was a quarterly OPEX (options expiration). Many funds re-balance during these weeks. One or more funds obviously decided to reduce SIA exposure. Those fund managers could well have invested the proceeds into Chartwell. Retail investors should learn how fund flows work. Then they wouldn't be in the dark, grasping at straws.
