RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:If interested wait before buyingOkay, I hear what you are saying. I agree with you that irrational market reactions can cause buying opportunities. But my problem is I'm not so sure its a buying opportunity and possibly more likely a rational reaction and pricing closing to fair value for the company. This is the dilemma for me. People would have agued the same thing last April when they did the equity raise in the $16's and bought because they thought it was an opportunity, now we are at $13.83 and they are down like 20%. Lets also now forget this was a $20 stock last Sept. The market is usually not irrationally priced for extended periods. The share price has been falling for valid reasons and I don't think its a case of the market is wrong and we know more than it does. I am going to continue to hold for now but it went from one of my sleep at night stocks to on my short list of stocks I would consider cutting. Just like last years raise mgmt has ensured the share price will be range bound for some time now. If we look at last years raise the share price traded sideways from April until August. So unless we get some news we are likely in for the same for the next couple quarters.

Thanks,
