Safer Bet?

I hold TD, SLF and ENB in my TFSA and would like to add to one of them. Portfolio allocation aside, which would you recommend for a 2 to 3 year hold?

We would see SLF as the one to add. ENB has lots of debt and also gets tarred with the 'carbon' issue at times. Pipelines are not popular these days (we do like the stock but just see SLF as the safer call). We also like TD, but with 'everyone' worried about housing and recession we would prefer SLF for a more stable business outlook over the timeframe noted. (5iResearch)
