KISSMan this is reminding me of the OLD GPR boards where we went through the same thing.
Sideways or lower trading in good times sent us all over the edge, but guess what?
PATIENCE DID PAY OFF
Now of course I like to lose money a much as the next guy and Im already down on SLX, but guess what? It happened to me with GPR as well. I moaned and groaned thinking "what have I gotten myself into"
The point is most of us have been spoiled with this inflated market and when ONE stock doesnt go our way we "vent"
Basically point is, if you believe silver is a good investment, then HOLD
If you believe in the fundamentals of SLX, then HOLD (or buy more if you so choose)
If you believe the earth is ending, then stock up on popcorn and bottled water.
Believe it or not I actually lucked out today and made money in my tfsa. My LIRA however got smoked.
At these prices I am starting to think it's time to get some SLX into my TFSA because (even though it has been my worst performer this year) I believe the fundamentals are there.
And lucky for me I have NEVER been wrong when I believe in the fundamentals. Although it is only a handful of times I have been strong on a company
Examples of Timmins Gold, Great Panther Silver and Athabasca Potash.
They ALL had growing pains and one even dropped from $9 to under .80 cents (I was near tears, but collected myself enough to "load the boat" as they say).
Am I wrong this time?
I hope not.
