PR is important. For the Board not to get ahead of the anderson story is again.....no surprise i guess.
A non event but IR could have had the " transfer story " ready. Just common sense.

SLX still has a perspective problem going back to the old days. Management has commented on it.
Failing to get ahead of a Board member peeling off 8M shares doesn't help. Oh..he didn't sell?

Put out a NR same day.

I have no problem with the transfer but some to his church?
We may need some " divine intervention " to break our 200 dma.
