Like anything else - TA is a tool. Parabolic moves often ride 21 ma or bounce off that level on pullbacks.
Just look at GOLD recently. Charts are just human emotion on paper - greed and fear. Never changes.

And the Machines and Quants that run stocks these days. Think they are trading off fundamentals?
You need both for a solid trading strategy.

SLW? Yea....you can see the PM stocks the Hedgies pumped. SLX, GPR and FR. Easy money has been made there.
Posters saying...are earnings are great, why aren't we moving? OMG!

SLX? Remember GPR was the dog of all dogs for months.....sitting at $.70. Their Board at the time was ANGER city!
So...you would think we should have legs. But buy SLX when it gos up vs buy and hope.

Smarter purchase would be north of $.72 on volume vs now.
