Very bad offer
The offer is very bad. During last summer, the stock with a 1300$/oz gold price was 5,75$ with a full productivity. Now for the first quarter, Boungou is in low restart and the gold price average 1600$ or more. Endeavour takes advantage of Coronavirus for buy semafo stock with a big discount. Shareholders, we just to be patient and wait that the coronavirus pass or we don't must accept any offers under 6$/stock.

Just because the offer value is approximatively $2,90/stock that is very undervalue on the real value semafo. This offer is a joke.
