RE:Decline Rates

RE:Decline RatesCan be as high as 60% in the first year.  Then flattens out after that.  Waterflood helps and has been proven to be very effective in the Viking.  So the thing about declines is if you start at 150 and have a 60% decline you are at 90bbls after the first year.  If you start at 50bbls per day (which alot of Viking wells do start at) then you are at 30 after one year.  Those in the sweet spot win.  It also makes for a more effective waterflood with better reservoir rock.  The news is all good.
