Caldwell as director, all downhill from here!This really doesn't look good for Solgold..why would they put this guy on the board given his track record of destroying literally billions in shareholder value at both goldfields and Alied Nevada ?There were very serious criminal allegations about him at both Companies. Hopefully Solgold don't let him a nd his gang of criminal friends near the till , the procurement office or any female staff....looks very bad indeed for Solgold to have this guy around. Hopefully shareholders and management do the right thing and download this guy at the earliest possible opportunity.do your homework folks !
