Mike Henry, CEO of BHP, is not that bright. And BHP's bigger issue is its upsized,
over-energized M and A team which is trying to make the company green overnight.

Add to this, BHP is watching the Glencore - Teck takeover to see if it could similarily take over Nutrien. Also I suspect Vale wants to sell its Canadian nickel operations.

It's unfortunate that BHP is now hostage to a bunch of investment bankers.
Mike Henry should leverage its size to COOPERATE with others to build legacy assets.

To accomplish that, you replace the M and A bunch with builders.
