BIG NEWS - NEW BIG SOLGOLD SHAREHOLDER !!!

Newcrest, which owns almost 15% of SolGold, today agrees to be taken over by Newmont.

This combination will provide the financial MUSCLE  ($75 Billion market cap) to develop and exploit Cascabel.

Newmont could do this alone.

But a Joint venture with government guarantees offers less risk.
