BS"Slate Office REIT's board of trustees has decided to postpone the special meeting of unitholders that was originally scheduled to be held on Dec. 29 to Jan. 15, 2024, at 10 a.m. ET."

Translation:  Sufficient REIT unit holders are sick and tired of the REIT piling on debt to buy properties in order to maximize asset management fees and have given us the middle finger.  We need more time to convince people to vote yes so we are delaying the vote.
