Hmm that's a good point, Armoyan has to vote yes if I understand their agreement correctly, though perhaps he'd rather vote no and force SOT to shrink.   I wish we could boot the entire management team out, directors included, and keep Armoyan only to  run the show.  It would be like a successful bout of chemotherapy.
