RE:RE:This an amazing transaction...Exactly! They could have used the proceeds for the benefit of unitholders - by paying down debt and/or buying back units on the market. Instead, they chose to churn the funds - in order to raise more acquisition fees for the Welch brothers! Good thing for Canada that the Welch brothers never teamed up with Turdo like the Kielburger brothers (of WE infamy) did - or the outcome would have been even more crooked than it was! Same old, same old!
