RE:VOTE NOW

RE:VOTE NOWUnfortunately, they really have no fear! They have suffered NO personal consequences for their many years of malfeasance at Slate Office.

It still amazes me that no one has taken the initiative to launch a class action lawsuit against them. Now that would make them sit up and pay attention!

I was reminded of the potential for a class action lawsuit this week ... after hearing on the news about the LifeLabs case. Anyone having used LifeLabs prior to 31 Dec. 2019 is eligible for a share of the pie .... just have to file on the KPMG website ... the total judgement against LifeLabs (for privacy breach due to a data hack) is around $9 million.

So that proves that a class action lawsuit can fly in Canada for a rather small potatoes case. Imagine if all unitholders who lost money to the Welch Bros over the past 5 years could file a claim. The amount should be substantially more than $9 million. And ... the legal firm spearheading the case could use the pdf file originally circulated by Armoyan et al. as the starting point for their claims case in court. How unfortunate that George's silence was "bought" by the Welch Bros., and said file disappeared from the public domain!

Just saying .... cheers!
