RE:RE:RE:Very nice numbers...Yes, one has to look at AOCF which is after all finance costs to compare to div payout. I do not like their debt levels but major contractual obligations fall in 2022/3. Don't like the $300MM in goodwill  either but Company generates cash and particularly in the 4th qtr with the likes of NGL. Don't know what debt might be associated with chemical divisions but trust a deal is consummated for its sale as Company has clearly focused on its other business with all those small, medium and large acquns.
