This deal must of been way oversubsribed , I got cut back 60% of what I asked for, I think thats why its trading almost 3.5% above the issue price. The market must like the deal...

recieved the e-mail from TD waterhouse at 4:15 pm yesturday about the new issue, so place my expression of intrest , this morning I noticed it got filled but only 40% of what I asked for so this indicates a lot of demand and this is why I got cut back .... At least I got some at $11.20
