Looks like a pretty brilliant acquisition.This transformational purchase looks like it has Brookfield's hands all over it . The rapidly increasing volumes of "greener" fuels are hearting. The locations of the acquired company fill in the continental gaps of the current superior locations can certainly generate local purchases of propane operators in these areas. The managing the synergies should be quite similar . Looking at the weather map this AM it would appear that many of these areas are in very cold winter locations and should bode well for future sales . I would expect that Superior will be able to expand the green fuel lines through their current locations also. I think that everyone has learned this year there is need for fuels in home and Industry. Windmills, solar panels and heatpumps are not going to do it so the way forward will be with greener and less impactful fuels across the gasseous spectrum from Natural gas, Propane, RNG and increasingly hydrogen. Now it appears Superior Plus will be there in all sectors.
