I have seen a similar grrooming pattern so many times that I'm probably just over sensitive to it.
The SPLITS often get groomed on a Friday in preparation of a late day announcement of an offering. The offering typically gets put away in a couple of hours but the Friday afternoon timing provides a weekend buffer if needed. The SPLITS always announce the successful placement on Monday.
I'm not saying that is what is happening here, but old habits are hard to break.
Maybe it is just me.
