Excellent time to buy based on...

From the latest quarterly and tech report.  Make sure you listen conference call tommorrow for more

1.  NAV increased from C$133.9 to C$135M or C3.96/share, we are trading at C1.40/share a discount of 64%.
2.   Once the short term loan paid back to SRHI at end of quarter we should have US$20M or C$26M or C$0.76/share cash.    Your getting the other assets fot C$0.64/share!
3.  Cost to produce copper down to $2.07/lb now and $1.65 once mine expanded.     This going to generate over US$100M in cash next 5-6 years based on expansion of copper mine.  My guess Sprott Resource Lending going to losn the $20M+ to expand mine thats already prodcing at a profit!
4.  Even though Corsa Coal and Inplay trading an historic lows these companies poised to rebound once trade wars get settle but they making money anyways.

this one going to be a multibagger from here!  Buy!

Listen to the conference call or read the financials.   They only need to raise $15 Nillion for base case and they said discussions are in advance state for funding.    Heck we will have $20M in cash end of quarter.    Remember they just expanding the mine, over $200M+ was already spent by previous owners to build infrastructure.     Also Not included in the ...more

given it's performance I don't see investors from the last PP lining up to finance. I think it's interesting at these levels but my issue is that its essentially a merchant bank, middle men, which makes it hard to ever get full value or a takeover bid. I think buy some if it keeps falling but won't chase

Stock price just continues to sink to new lows, no word from management, seems their fee should be based on the stock price not NAV.   Yes they are middle men, but surely they are starting to lose credibility as a firm.   No one going to believe them.  Surprised some class action shareholder lawsuits haven’t been filed, especially if I was holding those basically worthless ...more
