They only need to raise $15 Nillion for base case and they said discussions are in advance state for funding. Heck we will have $20M in cash end of quarter. Remember they just expanding the mine, over $200M+ was already spent by previous owners to build infrastructure.
Also Not included in the financial projections is additional crushing for other miners which is additional revenue not factored in. I doubt copper going to ever drop to $1.65/lb which is our cost. Takes billions to develop a new mine and few are in development.
