The TSX website will show you short positions on TSX Venture stocks. I've seen short positions on 12 cent stocks. Since SRU graduated to the TSX main board, I'm not sure if (or where) the short positions are readily available for viewing, as the previously mentioned screen is through their INFO TSX Venture Security Summary, and does not work for TSX stocks. Bottom line - there's no such thing as a $3 requirement before a stock can be shorted.
