RE:Bought, but expecting volatility I also took half position into this stock yesterday. Over 10% yield and potential for capital gain in few years, I hope it will work out well in the long term . Short term risks already built into the price. Good luck !!

The fact that they've suspended their DRIP, starting repurchasing their shares and that you have Mitch Goldhar buying aggressively at these levels are all positive signs for me. 

Some smaller retailers in their portfolio may go bankrupt, but long term their vacancies can be repurposed/ re-leased. 

I think long term you can't go wrong with this, and in the short-term if it continues to go down, I'll average down my position to acquire more.
