SIR Royalty Income Fund (the Fund) holds investment in SIR Corp (SIR). The Funds' investment, SIR is engaged in the business of owning and operating full-service restaurants in Canada. SIR has concept restaurant brands, including Jack Astor’s Bar and Grill, Scaddabush Italian Kitchen & Bar, and Canyon Creek Chop House, signature restaurant brands, such as Reds Wine Tavern, Reds Midtown Tavern, Reds Square One, and The Loose Moose, which are used by SIR under a license agreement with SIR Royalty Limited Partnership (the Partnership. The Fund receives distribution income from its investment in the Partnership and interest income from the SIR Loan. The Fund indirectly participates in the revenues generated under the License and Royalty Agreement through its Investment in the Partnership.

RE: RE: Prices stayed up !The Payout Ratio has not exceeded 100%, though it is very high, and with this, you are the one who is claiming that Sir Corp is financing a distribution with loan. I wouldn't say such a thing just like that, I am an investor in this counter. I trust that the loan taken is going to be put to good use, and they are not starting a new package anyway. It's something that has been agreed pon earlier, and endorsed too. So, I think your two assumed resolutions should be directed back at yourself.

Do not begin your posting with an assumption, especially with one that is wrong. Who started by saying this counter is using the GE Loan to finance our dividend payout ? You did. In my previous post, I mentioned that the market is still looking favourably at the facility being used again. Please read carefully.
