SIR has concept restaurant brands, including Jack Astor’s Bar and Grill, Scaddabush Italian Kitchen & Bar, and Canyon Creek Chop House, signature restaurant brands, such as Reds Wine Tavern, Reds Midtown Tavern, Reds Square One, and The Loose Moose, which are used by SIR under a license agreement with SIR Royalty Limited Partnership (the Partnership. The Fund receives distribution income from its investment in the Partnership and interest income from the SIR Loan. The Fund indirectly participates in the revenues generated under the License and Royalty Agreement through its Investment in the Partnership.

I dont see any need nor reason for div cut. Also remember one of the directors is one of the largest share holders. There profits being made, and why not fiance for expansion look at rates the govt wants growth. You think it's better to take debt on when rates are 10%. As for privatization don't talk like that untill I have a position large enough to keep me in any agreements. I'd greatly enjoy collecting profits without the equity swings. But then you can't get opertunties such as we have now. I estimate markets hit new highs this year even after the lows. Historical year in market history untill the next big thing.
