SIR Royalty Income Fund (the Fund) holds investment in SIR Corp (SIR). The Funds' investment, SIR is engaged in the business of owning and operating full-service restaurants in Canada. SIR has concept restaurant brands, including Jack Astor’s Bar and Grill, Scaddabush Italian Kitchen & Bar, and Canyon Creek Chop House, signature restaurant brands, such as Reds Wine Tavern, Reds Midtown Tavern, Reds Square One, and The Loose Moose, which are used by SIR under a license agreement with SIR Royalty Limited Partnership (the Partnership. The Fund receives distribution income from its investment in the Partnership and interest income from the SIR Loan. The Fund indirectly participates in the revenues generated under the License and Royalty Agreement through its Investment in the Partnership.

obviously markets are under perception of volatility. But to go on as the fear mongers about a fake virus is little bit loonie. All numbers have gone down around the world if they were real numbers at all to begin with. I'm in Asian and everything is up and running here I've been on vacation for 4 days. Hotels resorts restaurants all open for business. No masks required either. If you want to fall for the virus spew you can I don't believe it at all. Just enables power grab by government against citizens. The biggest issue is Ford postponing state of emergency. Reality it wasn't needed in first place. Stay safe be healthy and let prosperity grow. I have plans to add possibly tmrw or next week. Futures up States side and climbing.
