Some selling pressure

Longtime investor with (+10% security holder), William Frederick Irvine, now the "estate of" since his passing in 2021, has been on the sell side since the beginning of the month. Only about 17k shares, but it doesn't take much to move the stock in either direction. They sold some stock last year as well (total of 35.5k).

Everyone has their reasons to sell occasionally. Even board member and activist Lembit Janes sold last year likely to raise capital to fund his purchases of SPA where he is also on the board. We're now at a 52 week low. We'll see how much selling the Irvine family needs to do.
