RE: news

RE: news

Four comments about the earnings announcement, etc.;  (1)  SSL has really moved up its timing.  For a normal quarter (not YE), Sandstorm has usually released about 5-6 weeks after the end of the quarter.  This has moved up to just under 4 weeks.  I'm impressed with their efficiency.  (2) Thinking the release would probably be around Aug 8, I was expecting no significant price movement or a slight drift lower (given no big change in gold) till the release.  (3)  We are now just over 2 1/2 months since the share consolidation. My expectation was that the Amex listing would take between 4-6 months (Sep-Nov).  (4) Bottom line: We are looking at two earnings releases and most likely a US listing by the end of Oct.  If gold is even fairly strong (say 1650-1700), then I could see 11-12+ by year end (5+ months).
