RE: RE: Kewl2 /OPTIONS begin trading o

Unlimited,  I agree except for one point: To do spreads, you reaaly need high liquidity, narrow spreads and availability of longer term warrants.  For now, I am staying away from SAND warrants and sticking (only) SLW, CAT, COP, APA, and MRO.  I'm currently into two of these five with iron condors (Dec and Jan exirations).  If and when the SAND warrants meet my criteria, I'd love to trade them.  But, for now, I sticking with SLW as my steaming warrant play...althoght I will check to see if RGLD and/or FNV are efficient enough to warrant (no pun intended) trading.

Still at a STRONG BUY on SAND, but will go to a "Buy" anytime the stock is at or above 12.  I expect to keep this call through 1Q13 earnings call in late April.  A material news announcement, major gold price change, or major price rise could call for a review of my call.  Barring one or more of this actions, I will be very happy to buy as many shares as possible under 12.  Over 12, SAND is still a buy...especially for those who want initial positions or add to minimal positions...rather than just adding to a substantial position.  IMO, SAND will be a much larger company and command a much higher share price within 4-5 years.  GL
