What's the story with ETG? How is that going to benefit Sandstorm Gold if that asset appreciated like 50% after the sale to Horizon? Will Sandstorm Gold have to pay a full US$95 million debenture to Horizon? The acquisition of the Horizon Shares represents approximately 34% of the outstanding common shares of Horizon Copper, on a non-diluted basis. If they gave away ETG for the benefit for Horizon, then that is equivalent of highway robbery for the Sandstorm Gold's suffering shareholders.
