I see now why your investment results are so far below average. You harp nonstop about shareholder equity without stopping to consider what those extra shares accomplished. STB has been expanding at a rapid rate, building a company operating in a stable business that can pay out a sustainable and substantial dividend. It is sure a heck of a lot better than TPH, which you think so highly of, and have lost so much money on.
