RE:RE:RE:RE:closed really wellI agree with Jay. Lower entry points into STC will come. This will be knocked down a few more time into the 4's and 5's before there is any positive shift in the markets economic numbers. Small cap tech is not attractive today.

They were more prudent in earlier times and smaller acquisitions were financed via combo of cash, borrowing and issuing share.
STS was financed with $110M debt and the rest purely (and heavily) on the back of all current and future shareholders by issuing 1.3M shares per quarters for 14 quarters (now 11 quarters).

Either wait it out, or put your money elsewhere. Money in STC is dead until small tech valuations becoem interesting.
