It will take an event or news release to trigger a big movement.....the shorts are not covering and they still believe that they have 10% to 20% downside yet....and the positive side is not buying into the analyst targets even though reduced so the price is not going up either

Next news will be massive up or down.....any interested takeover will want the stock as cheap as possible to make their potential bid look better
