Stock market is overvalued

Buy a 10 year risk free asset and wait for a major correction to hit the stock market. Bonds will never lose in a recession. 

You'll be up an easy 10-15% in 12 months or so and then you can sell these bonds when it appreciates and go long on equities at better prices. A double win. 

Buy and hold is dead right now. 

I'm thinking out loud. Does that sound about right?

Perhaps the major correction has happened now? It's been in a trading range for over a year.

You mean Sangoma?  I personally think we will retest the lows for the market and that generally means most companies are coming for the ride. Many people ignore the macro forces at play here. It hardly matters what the company does at a micro level. If people lose their jobs, say 6 months from now, Sangoma can have decent earnings but the market will likely punish the share price. Let’s hope this recent weakness in energy prices sparks a bit of investing interest in other sectors where high energy prices are chewing into profits.   GLTA
