When rolling, the wheels of the vehicle enable said rigs to move from one place to another when necessary. I know this is earth shattering info for you, but try to stay with me....
Once that vehicle has moved, it could be ....wait for it......100's of feet or 100's of miles away from another rig if/when necessary. MIND BLOWN yet?
It's amazing how similar you sound to a certain self proclaimed "Stockmarket God" (who in actuality is a complete Stockmarket dunce) over on ceo.ca.....the likeness is uncanny. EXACT same level of stupidity, EXACT same complete lack of credibility on both boards (although Stockmarket gets called out a lot more over on ceo)..it's almost as if someone could have 2 handles on 2 different sites, say the same garbage and maybe get 15 cents per post on each site, doubling their earnings......amazing really!
