RE: RE: Plot thickens

RE: RE: Plot thickens

My first comment is that this group, the Oberndorf Entitites, are buying shares.  They are doing so on a deal that is already announced.  Since the shares are trading at 10 - 20 cents below the final exchange price, they are buying for a better reason.

Clearly, I see them getting in touch with Spartan and probably Bonterra in the background.   They will be telling both parties, and in particular Bonterra that they want a better deal for shareholders.

Simultaneously, they will be telling both Spartan and Bonterra that they will be voting NO with their Spartan shares, unless a better deal is reached prior to the issuance of paperwork to all shareholders.

What is also possible, is that they will be telling both Spartan and Bonterra that they are really buying in conjunction/on behalf of another third party.  That would be really interesting.

So terroir, are you going to vote yes or no with your new 100,000 Spartan shares? If you want to make another $50k the easy way, I suggest that you declare so here on this board to put some heat on the Bonterra team.   You should probably do the same over on the IV board.  It is pretty safe to assume that at least a few members of Spartan and Bonterra management read these boards pretty regularly.  The news will get back quickly.
