China goes around the world to help build infastructure. Railways, Bridges, Ports...etc.
Chinese even helped CANADA become CANADA.... Helped build the railroad across this country.
China makes agreements, it's Canada's, Africa's, Austraila, USA...etc if they want to deal or not. It's China Choice also.
But there's a Difference..... China actually helps countries build infastructure....where as USA/NATO destroys them.
