Lybia vs saudi oillibyan oil is sweet crude and saudi oil is sour crude. Most refineries in europe are set up for the sweet stuff !!! They make it sound so easy "hey don't worry are friend mr opec is going to help us out he has all kinds of spare capacity" Where was mr opec when oil was $140 a barrel back then he was pumping all he had because of peak oil and mass consumption.
