Why would anyone buy gas at at PetroCanada?

Why would anyone buy gas at at PetroCanada?When   you  can  get   4.00  off  at  Imperial  if you buy 40 litres and cash out 4000 PC  Optimum Points   and  when  I did  this yesterday gas  was   .5 cheaper  at  IMO   .    Perhaps   this   has been addressed   before on this board?
