RE:RE:RE:Enbridge could add 200kbpd to Mainline oil pipeline capacityFor sure they would like to see a difference in the political arena on both sides of the border.  That said, one of the problems they would still face in the US is that the justice system is also political and those people aren't going anywhere.

The other head scratcher for me is that ENB has been on record for quite a while as saying that they are just going to be "Hitting singles and doubles" as opposed to big projects and yet they recently announced a blockbuster purchase in the US and no matter how you cut it, increasing the throughput of the mainline by 200K barrels a day is not a small project.  For me, it causes some reflection and whather to believe what they say.  Historically, you could set your watch by what they said, doesn't seem to be the case anymore.
