The NCC has to cut down and replace 12,500 ash tree which are dying due to infection from the ash borer insect, Many of these infected trees, which easily fall down even in light winds, are located next to these paths presenting a hazard to people walking and cycling on the pathways. The NCC plans to replace about 300 of them this year so at that rate the project could take 40 years!!!
Meanwhile, back at the ranch, Trudeau is running record annual Government deficits funding woke projects and doubling the National Debt that took almost 150 to accumulate in kess than 10 years!!
So yes - let's talk about priorities!!!
