In Toronto...one of my daughter-in-laws is a senior executive at CIBC and they are significantly reducing their office footprint due to work from home.  So what Charlie is talking about is an issue in Canada as well....think again mrbb....

If you are not convinced then I welcome you to buy office REITs and we will talk later about how that worked out for you..

that's commercial. we all know it started to collapse years ago, in fact, commercial never really recover since 2008.  New immigrants don't live in office reit.
